Who is the workshop for?
—For anyone curious about pelvic floor health — postnatal, perimenopausal, or simply wanting to better understand their body. Partners and supporters are welcome too.
Do I need any experience or fitness level?
—None at all. The workshop is talk‑based and suitable for all fitness levels and ages. You'll be sitting and listening for most of it.
Will I be asked to do exercises in front of others?
—No. The session is informative and conversational. Any practical strategies are explained for you to practise at home — privately and at your own pace.
What should I bring?
—Just yourself — and a small bottle of water if you'd like one. We provide everything else, including a printed take-home summary.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
—Absolutely. Many attendees come with a friend, sister or partner — just book a slot for each of you.
What if I can't attend?
—Let us know at least 48 hours before and we'll happily transfer your booking to another date.
